Who we are

Inkpaw is a trading name of GoSmartR Ltd, a company registered in England and Wales under company number 15407332, with its registered office at 18 Howard Road, Reigate, Surrey, RH2 7JE, United Kingdom. In these terms, "we", "us" and "our" mean GoSmartR Ltd trading as Inkpaw.

The commission

When you place an order you upload a photograph of your pet and choose an edition size. We create a painted portrait from your photograph and send it to you for approval. We revise the portrait until you are happy with it, at no extra charge. Only after your approval is the portrait printed on canvas and delivered to you. Our refund policy sets out the 100-day guarantee that applies after delivery.

Your photograph

You confirm that you own the photograph you upload, or have the right to use it, and that it does not infringe anyone else's rights. You grant us a licence to use the photograph solely to create, revise and print your commission. Your photograph is stored securely and is not shared with third parties except the print partner who produces your canvas.

The finished portrait

We may display finished portraits in our gallery and marketing. If you would prefer your commission stays private, email us at any time and we will not use it.

Prices and payment

Prices are shown in pounds sterling and include UK delivery. Payment is taken in full when you place your order, through our payment provider. Your card statement will show INKPAW.

Our liability

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for any other liability that cannot be excluded by law. Subject to that, our total liability in connection with any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order.

General

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction over any dispute. If any part of these terms is found unenforceable, the rest continues to apply. These terms do not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.
