Shipping policy

Made to order

Every commission is painted from your photograph and sent to you for approval before printing. Most portraits are ready for your approval within 1 to 2 working days of ordering.

Printing and delivery

Once you approve the portrait, your canvas is printed and stretched by hand in the UK and despatched on a tracked courier service, typically DPD. Most commissions arrive within 3 to 5 working days of approval. You will receive tracking details by email when your canvas ships.

Delivery costs

UK delivery is included in the price of every edition. There is nothing to add at checkout.

Outside the UK

We currently ship within the United Kingdom. If you would like a commission sent elsewhere, email hello@inkpaw.co.uk before ordering and we will confirm whether we can deliver to you and at what cost.

Late or missing deliveries

If your tracking has not moved for 3 working days or your canvas has not arrived within 10 working days of approval, contact us and we will chase the courier or send a replacement.
